Returns & Refunds

Destiny Media Services Pty Ltd does not accept returns based on change of mind, unsuitability of the product, or if you have ordered the incorrect product. We gladly accept returns when Destiny Media Services Pty Ltd has supplied the incorrect stock. Please do not send returns without speaking with our office first, as no credit will be raised for product returns that has not been authorised.

We assume all customers register for our courses in good faith and integrity.

We do not offer refunds on our courses so please choose carefully. If you undertake a monthly payment plan you will need to complete these payments and no refund will be offered.

You cannot put your payments on hold with the payment plans as these are set as explained when you register.

If you choose not to complete the course you have registered for, then this is a choice you are making for yourself and we can take no responsibility for your choices.

Requirements for accreditation for our courses are clearly explained, but if you have questions please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.


  • In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, you must inform us in writing.
  • Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the deposit.
  • Any cancellation made between after 2 months from the trip starting will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
  • Any cancellation made in the 4 weeks of the the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the numbers are not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full) or if there is a pandemic, natural disaster or terrorist activity.

NOTE: Every participant MUST take out their own private travel insurance covering them for delay and cancellation costs/health and loss of personal property. We do not take responsibility for these items. We will require a copy of this insurance.

DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number

of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.), which may impede trip operations. The refund of all payments as described in

the paragraph below shall release DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD from any further liability. A trip cancellation due to insufficient numbers would

normally occur at least a month prior to departure, unless acts of God, war, strikes or other events impede our departure causing large numbers of

participants opt to cancel participation on the journey in the last days before departure.

DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD must make substantial payments to suppliers (including providers of land travel) far in advance of the scheduled

date on which we embark. If a trip is cancelled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labour strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.), DESTINY

MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers.

DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and will refund to you the amount

recovered, if any. However, DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD does not guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use

of best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceeding in foreign lands. This policy applies to a trip cancellation by a customer following any necessary increase in trip costs. 

If there are any disputes relating to products, damage during transit, or quantities delivered, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. Any claims made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Our Office will assess whether or not a refund or exchange is warranted under these circumstances and each case is assessed individually.
